05About Marc

Operator first / builder by necessity

I learned to build because I could see where the hand-offs failed.

I didn’t come to software through the conventional route. My background spans corporate and independent environments across financial services, construction and flooring — practical settings where decisions matter, information is often fragmented, and systems only have value if they work for the people actually using them.

Tribeness is where that real-world operational experience becomes practical software, connected systems and better ways of working.
